So you don't have to worry about remembering to make the payment on time, avoiding late fees each month you can fill out this Credit Card Authorization form and either fax or mail to our office.  That simple, we also are unable to accept any payment's over phone unless we have this form in your file.  To set up Automatic payments just click on the form below. (Note: if someone other than the tenant is authorizing payment with their credit card, we do require a copy of the cardholder's valid ID i.e. driver's license or California identification card.)

Did you know that if you intend to vacate your unit, we require a 10 day written notice to be turned in by tenant, prior to vacating.  There is a 10 penalty fee if notice is not received by our office.  Click on the form below to print the correct vacate notice, fill out and either fax or mail to our office.  We will update your account information as soon as we receive the notice.  (Note: All vacated unit's should be broom swept and have nothing left inside or outside of unit, Auburn Self Storage will charge a dump fee for any items we have to remove ourselves. Please don't forget to remove your lock before you leave.)

If you have decided you would like to store you thing's in our clean, secure facility you may print the new customer information form below and write the desired unit size and also the date you will need the unit by.  We will review form and see what we have available, we will contact you with the information.  If we do not have the correct unit size available we will put you on a waiting list for desired unit, if you request us to do so.  For help with deciding on correct unit please see our size calculator, also you can review our size explanation's and see what size unit's we offer and how much the monthly rental fee is here at Auburn Self Storage by clicking on our Unit price section.

If you have had a change of address or phone number for either yourself or your alternate contact, per section 11 of the contract, it is your responsibility as the tenant to give written notification of these changes.  Failure in doing so will result in your access being suspended until we receive this information.  You can mail, fax or drop information in the night drop box outside gate.
