THIS WILL HELP YOU UNDERSTAND OUR POLICY'S AND WAY'S OF OPPERATION.  WE ONLY WANT TO PROVIDE THE BEST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR OUR CUSTOMER'S, WE FOLLOW  THE STATE GUIDLINES SET FOR ALL STORAGE FACILITIES.  WE PROVIDE A PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT PLACE FOR YOU TO STORE YOUR POSSESIONS.  WE EXPECT OUR TENANT'S TO FOLLOW ALL OUR RULES AND ALSO HAVE GOOD CONDUCT TOWARDS ANY OTHER PERSON'S ASSOCIATED WITH OUR SELF STORAGE FACILITY'S.


Rent payment (monthly payment)

All storage units are rented on a month to month basis and subject to availability.  Rent is anniversary based, and due within 10 day’s of that date or late fees will apply. We offer automatic payment for your convenience.  All you need to do is fill out our credit card authorization form and fax or mail back to us.  If Credit Card is in a person other then tenant’s name we request a copy of card holder’s driver’s license along with authorization form (we need to have identity verification in order to use the card)  All payment’s made after office hours via our secure drop box outside the office will be posted within 24 hour’s to tenant’s account.

Note: All the drop box location's are under 24 hour surveillance. 

We do offer special discount for customer's who pre-pay their account.

Tenant Move-out

If a tenant is expecting to vacate their storage unit, we require a 10 written notice.  If we do not get the notice and a tenant vacates a 10 day penalty charge is added to the account.  When vacating unit tenant needs to be empty and broom sweep the unit, remove lock.  NOTE: Tenant should make certain that all their item's have been removed both inside and around unit.  We do not provide dump or disposal service.  There may be a $100 charge for any item's we have to dispose of. 

 

Refund Policy

We do not refund money for the first month of rental.  We do prorate the refund for day’s not used if prepayment has been made and there is a valid 10 day vacate submitted prior.  The amount will be refunded within two weeks.

 

 

General Rules

The tenant is expected to follow all the general rules that are posted in office and initialed by tenant during rental process.  Any tenant information changes such as place of residence or any other contact information will need to be submitted to our office in writing.  This also includes information on Tenant's alternate contact.  It is a state law that we have all current information on all customer's that store at our facilities.   Failure to comply with the general rules set for our Storage facility could result in suspended access inside our gate until we receive the necessary information.

 

Speed limit on property is always 5 mph. 

There is no loitering on the property (Excessive loitering could result in suspended access or termination of tenancy. Our goal is to ensure all of our Tenant's that their property is being taken care of as much as we are able.  This is not a place to socialize, do business or use as a place to reside in.)

You must always have a lock on your unit.  We can not be held responsible for any of your property.  If you do not have a lock on unit longer then 5 day's we will charge your account for lock and all other cost's associated with having to secure your property.

Help our Staff keep the  property clean, pick up after any person's with you or any animal's that are on Auburn Self Storage property/North Auburn Self Storage.  Do not dump any garbage in any area of Auburn Self Storage/North Auburn Self Storage property.  NOTE: We do have 24 hour video surveillance and will charge a video surveillance review fee along with a dump fee for having to remove any person's property.  Charges can get expensive if this occurs.  We hope that everyone works together to keep our facilities looking nice.

NO BOLT CUTTER'S ALLOWED ON PROPERTY FOR ANY REASON!

We will cut your lock for you, just  notify one of our managers that you need your lock cut and fill out the appropriate authorization forms.  Note: This is to ensure the security of all our tenant's units.

 

    Gate hours are 7:00 am to 7:00 pm everyday, including holidays.
